Terms of Service
These terms govern use of BuckVisionAI websites, accounts, reports, and product features.
Service and eligibility
BuckVisionAI provides hunting planning, mapping-related recommendations, property intelligence, reports, and informational tools. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to use the service where you live.
Safety and legal compliance
BuckVisionAI does not guarantee hunting success, animal movement, boundary accuracy, conditions, or legal compliance in a specific area. You are responsible for safe judgment, landowner permission, official boundary verification, current hunting laws, seasons, licensing, weapon rules, trespass restrictions, and local safety requirements. Do not rely on BuckVisionAI as an emergency, navigation, or life-safety service.
Your account and content
Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected misuse. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BuckVisionAI permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve the requested service. Do not upload unlawful content or material you do not have permission to use.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, renewal terms, delivery timing, and refund terms shown at purchase apply. Third-party payment processors may impose their own terms. Cancel a subscription in the place where it was purchased. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions, although a verified deletion request can be initiated without contacting support. See the Refund Policy for eligible purchases.
Account deletion and suspension
You can initiate account deletion in Member Profile. BuckVisionAI may suspend access for fraud, security threats, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms. Narrow records may be retained after deletion only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
BuckVisionAI’s software, branding, interfaces, report designs, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of BuckVisionAI technology or branding.
Availability and disclaimers
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, BuckVisionAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
