Information we collect

• Account and contact information: name, email address, authentication records, profile settings, and support communications.
• Property and hunting information you provide: property names and boundaries, maps, stand and camera locations, routes, notes, observations, images, report requests, and field outcomes.
• Location information: approximate or precise location only when you choose a feature that needs it and grant device permission.
• Purchase information: plan, subscription, order, and transaction status. Payment providers process full payment-card details; BuckVisionAI does not store full card numbers.
• Technical and security information: device/browser information, IP-derived security signals, timestamps, session records, error logs, and activity needed to protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested reports and product features, store and display your customer content, operate mapping and intelligence workflows, process and reconcile purchases, communicate service notices, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosure

We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that help operate BuckVisionAI, including hosting and delivery services, database and authentication services, payment processors, email providers, AI-processing providers, mapping or weather data providers, and professional advisers. Current core providers include Netlify, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and OpenAI. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your content and AI processing

Maps, photos, hunting notes, routes, and other uploads remain customer-submitted content. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share. Selected content may be processed by automated or AI systems to provide the feature you requested. BuckVisionAI does not claim ownership of your uploads.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account and customer information while your account is active and as needed to provide requested services. You can initiate deletion directly in Member Profile; reauthentication and explicit confirmation are required. Verified requests are normally completed within seven days, and BuckVisionAI sends a completion confirmation. Deletion covers the account and associated customer data, including owned uploads. Narrow records may be retained only when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, tax, chargeback, or completed-transaction obligations. When retention is required, access is limited and the data is removed when the obligation ends.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through a third party. Cancel it in the place where you purchased it; this does not prevent you from initiating account deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, manage email delivery preferences, withdraw device permissions, request access or correction, and initiate account deletion from within the product. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We verify requests to protect the account from unauthorized access.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated requests, encryption in transit, server-only credentials, least-privilege database rules, session controls, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly.

Children

BuckVisionAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes and contact
