Reading or dismissing a notification does not acknowledge, snooze, resolve, or execute the linked hunter action. 80.3 can transport an eligible unread notice by email only after explicit member opt-in and preference guards pass. 80.5 records a first-party authenticated action opening only when the member explicitly chooses an action link; that event does not acknowledge or resolve the 80.1 source action.
